Room was comfortable and clean. Wi-fi worked good. The parking lot felt safe too. Front desk was friendly, helpful & prompt with any issues. Breakfast room had many choices, eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt ,waffles, Pastry, tea and a coffee dispenser with several drinks. I wish I had had time to take a swim in that beautiful pool.

Very great customer service. Always has many choices for breakfast. Rooms are always clean. It's location is very convenient. They also have a washer and dryer. Very convenient. Overall a very great hotel to stay at.

The location. Its literally 15 mins away from the LeviÂ¿s Stadium and both Malls (Valley Fair and Santana Row). Also I love that the hotel is across from a Korean Supermarket!! Also, lots of food places that are walkable if you donÂ¿t mind walking.

I stay here every time i come out to Santa Clara and love it. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful, the rooms are always clean and comfy, and the check in is always quick and easy. The have a nice breakfast as well and feels safe and i always look forward to staying there when im in town.
